Joy has been amazing with my two children. I have seen such a development in all aspects such as speech and language, behaviour and learning. Joy is kind, my children love attending her setting and nothing is ever too much trouble, flexibility being so important with my job. I can't speak highly enough of Joy and the care and attention she gives. Each day is varied and they always come home saying how much of a great time they have had. The varieties of activities/ experiences you expose our child to we feel has enhanced his development, i.e. lots of outdoor activities, animals, walks, playgroups, meaningful play with you and spending time with older children. Your feedback around this is really helpful as you signpost us to him meeting developmental goals which we wouldn't recognise ourselves. Your communication through a diary, it's nice to see what his day has entailed and his achievements throughout the day. (Reference from a Dad of a two year old)

 

​Joy cares for my 18 month old. She settled very quickly (this made returning to work easier) and clearly loves running through the door every day. She is safe and in confident hands with Joy. We love the setting and ethos as the children spend so much time outdoors, enjoying nature. The children of all ages seem to be so kind and supportive of each other which is lovely to see. We couldn’t imagine sending Rosa anywhere else.

 

We are very happy with your service, our daughter really enjoys spending time with you, we are fond of the regular updates we receive including photos, she goes on lots of trips to lovely places and spends lots of time making arts and crafts which she enjoys and finds enriching. Joy has had a big impact on our son’s education. He has ASD, Joy has made a huge contribution to him starting to speak, being able to play with others and potty training. Joy is a born teacher and uses every opportunity to teach my son academic and life skills. She is inclusive and adapts her practice to meet my son’s needs to great effect.  Joy knows my kids very well and manages their SEND needs appropriately and effectively. I really appreciate this and school suggested others would have been unable to do this. There is a lovely welcoming family atmosphere and the pets are a particular bonus. Structured and meticulously managed routines keep the environment predictable and secure.
